AMPS/11 | CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

Submissions deadline: 16 September 2011
Now in its third year, the Annual Members exhibition is designed to reflect the different genres, approaches and interests within Photofusion’s membership. Last year, from over 100 submissions, AMPS/10 showcased the work of fourteen selected members. Odette England won the inaugural Hotshoe/Photofusion Award - which included a double page feature in the magazine - and Vikram Kushwah won the Public's Choice Award - and had his work exhibited in the Photofusion Street Gallery. AMPS/11 is open for submission from now until 16 September. We are looking for high quality work from all genres, but images must be representative of a recent project or body of work. Selected work will be exhibited in the Photofusion gallery from 25 November to 13 January 2012.

To submit, please email: Maximum of 10 images to submissions@photofusion.org. Images must be saved as jpegs, 1000 pixels on the longest edge A short statement about the work (maximum 350 words), including the size of the finished prints. A short biography / artist’s statement (maximum 150 words) CV

Only active members can submit work to AMPS/11. If you wish to submit but are not a Photofusion member, you can join for the discounted rate of £25 (usual price £50). This discount is only available to those submitting to the exhibition. If you wish to join for the discounted price, please submit your work first. If you do not contact us, we will contact you about joining. Student and graduate members are also eligible to sumbit work. Student membership is £10 and graduate membership is £25.

Terms and Conditions: Photographers who are selected to exhibit must print and frame their work. The digital bureau at Photofusion will be able to offer discounts to help with this. Selected photographers must be available to deliver the work to Photofusion on the week beginning 21 November. Selected photographers must provide high resolution jpegs for publicity purposes including representation on Photofusion’s website. The photographer will be credited at all times. Photofusion takes 35% of work on sale in the exhibition.

MEMBERSHIP
Only active members can submit work to AMPS/11.

Those who are not active members at the time of submission will be offered HALF PRICE membership (£25.00)

Student and graduate members ARE eligible to sumbit work. Student annual membership is £10.00, graduate membership is £25.00.
