Photographers Dining Club: Kickstarting Photography Projects

At the next Photographers Dining Club are gathering once again for an inspirational evening of talks, food and good company to explore and discuss the ins and outs of ‘kickstarting’ photography projects.

The Photographer’s Dining Club has always been about ‘making ideas happen’ so they have invited 3 prominent speakers to join in the discussion. Some of whom have recently had their projects funded and have been invited to share what they have learnt from running their own successful campaigns.

Each speaker will explore different aspects of crowdfunding as well as giving insight into their work and process and all those attending will get the chance to interact with the artists and experts to ask questions during the Q&A.

Luke Stephenson (99x99s), Martin Usborne (Dogs in Cars and Hoxton Mini Press), and Amit & Naroop (The Singh Project) have all achieved crowd funding success. They will be joined by Paul Bailey (founder of 1977 Design) – who’s written for the Guardian and recently complete an in-depth study on the topic. Dinner will be a specially prepared 2 course meal by The Proud Archivist Chef with a complimentary glass of wine.
