RPS Photography Project Funding
The Royal Photographic Society has announced a series of bursaries to support both young and established photographers and film makers in realising photography projects. Alongside the funding, the recipients receive support and exposure to a wider audience via the RPS Journal, RPS website and many other media platforms, including the Guardian for winners of the Joan Wakelin Bursary. Closing dates are in June and July.
“The RPS bursaries are designed to help photographers to realise projects that would not happen otherwise. Past recipients have gone on to establish a career in photography and have acknowledged the importance of the support of the RPS. We look forward to this year’s recipients producing some great and important work.” Michael Pritchard Director General of The Royal Photographic Society.
