Alternative Processes | Cyanotype Workshop (inc. free Cyanotype Kit worth £40)
This one day hands-on Cyanotype workshop will introduce you to how to make these famous blue photographs. We will start with an overview of the process and its history and then move to the darkroom where we will learn to coat paper. Mix the chemicals, expose the prints (as its March we use UV light and not sunlight, unless lucky) judge exposure and wash & dry the prints.
With this course you will receive a free CYANOTYPE KIT worth over £40, so after learning the process you can go home and repeat it.
Please note: You are welcome to bring along analogue B&W negatives to make salt prints from but unless they are large format negatives most people will need to make a negative from a digital file (details about file sizes etc will be sent to all participants before the workshop begins).
