LCN (London Creative Network) 2016 – 2022

LCN (London Creative Network) is a consortium made up of four London based arts organisations – Photofusion, Four Corners, Space Studios and Cockpit Arts. LCN is part funded by the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund).

To become a beneficiary of LCN you need to provide proof of address of a London Postcode and be registered with HMRC for one-year as self-employed or as a company/partnership.

Everything you attend, workshops and talks, requires that you sign into that event and fill out a feedback form. It is very important you do this and this is a requirement of acceptance onto LCN.

The Programme

LCN is a long-running programme which will be wrapping up at the end of 2022. We will be running a short intense programme that will focus on lighting skills. Participants will be trained on studio and location lighting, with an emphasis on safety, camera operation, set-up and take-down.

The aim of the programme is to provide artists with free training to help them develop their practice and business. Being part of the programme allows you to take part in a range of workshops, talks and 1-2-1’s. You are guaranteed a minimum of 12 hours of training at no cost to yourself.

In ERDF language you will be ‘bringing a new product to the market”. The new product is the skill you will learn and you will be asked to show evidence of this.

Example Workshops/Talks:
