Photofusion SELECT/13: Artist Talks

Thursday 23 May, 19.00 – 21.00
Free for Members (£3.50 non-members)

Four Members from Photofusion SALON/12, our re-launched annual members’ show, have been awarded a bursary of £500 each towards exhibiting recent, unseen work in Photofusion SELECT/13. Tomorrow evening they will be coming together to talk about and answer any questions about their work in the show.

The exhibiting Members include Italian portrait and documentary photographer Carlotta Cardana, showing her portrait series from the North London Mod scene; Italian born artist, photographer and video-poem maker Ariadne Radi Cor, with her project “13×13”; Royal College of Art MA graduate Dafna Talmor with her ongoing series “Constructed Landscapes”; and photographer and multi-media artist Tim Mitchell showcasing his documentary project “A Fish out of Water”.

Come along to see and find out more about the fantastic portraits of mod couples, the time-lapse documenting a ship’s deconstruction over 2 years, alongside the captivating landscapes made up of montaged negatives and the project of intimate digitally manipulated photographs.
