Gallery Submissions | How to Submit

Photofusion continually seeks out new work by photographers and artists using photography and considers proposals from artists nationally and internationally. Our exhibitions programme is usually planned up to 9 months ahead and new proposals are considered at gallery committee meetings throughout the year. There are no specified deadlines for sending in gallery submissions, but please note that it can take a number of months before your work is viewed.

Those wishing their work to be considered for exhibition should send proposals in either a hard copy form or digitally via email.

What to send:

  • Selection of up to 12 non-original visuals (e.g. digital prints, maximum size 10” x 12” or jpegs)
  • A written proposal or statement about the submitted work with any technical specifications
  • Biographical statement
  • CV

Letters and packages should be clearly marked Exhibition Proposal and addressed to the Gallery Committee.

If you would like your submission returned, please include postage and packing with the exhibition proposal. Photofusion does not take any responsibility for loss or damage to work.

We regret that due to the amount of submissions we receive, we are unable to give individual feedback. Please also note that we will not show a body of work that has already been shown in London unless it is to be considered as part of a partnership with another venue.
