Booking & Payment: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit and our confirmation email, with full payment due 7 days before the booking. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance forfeit the deposit or full fee (if within 48 hours), and any overtime is charged at £50+VAT per hour or any part thereof.
Damage Deposit: A refundable £150 damage deposit is required for all bookings and will be processed on the day of your session, with a full refund issued within 3–5 business days if the studio is left in its original condition. Clients are liable for any damage or cleaning costs exceeding the deposit, with additional charges invoiced and due within 7 days.
Before Your Session: Please arrive 15 minutes early, as your rental time includes setup and pack-down. Communicate any setup needs in advance, and while you're welcome to bring personal equipment, Photofusion is not liable for any damage to it.
During Your Session: You are expected to use the studio and equipment responsibly, respect shared spaces and other clients, and report any issues to staff—clients are liable for damage caused by misuse or negligence. Keep the studio clean, follow safety guidelines, and note that smoking is prohibited indoors, with children requiring supervision and pets allowed only by prior arrangement.
After Your Session: At the end, pack up all personal belongings and return the studio to its original condition within your booked time. Notify a staff member before leaving for inspection, and note that lost items will be held for 14 days—Photofusion is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Photofusion reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session without refund if these guidelines are not followed.

What if I never received a confirmation email?
If you haven't received a confirmation email after paying your deposit, please contact us immediately to confirm your booking status.
When will I get my damage deposit back?
If the studio and its contents are returned in the same condition, your deposit will be fully refunded within 3–5 business days after your booking.What if I’m running late?
Your session still ends at the scheduled time, regardless of your arrival. Please arrive early to ensure you get your full session.Will staff be available to assist with setup?
Staff may be available to help with basic setup, but it’s important to communicate specific needs in advance. Clients are expected to pack down and clean up within their booking time.What if I forget to bring something essential?
We recommend reviewing the equipment list and confirming your setup needs with us beforehand to avoid issues on the day. Limited on-site equipment may be available, but it's not guaranteed.Am I responsible for equipment or studio damage during my session?
Yes, clients are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. Costs may be deducted from your damage deposit or billed separately if they exceed the deposit.Do I need to clean the studio before I leave?
Yes, please maintain cleanliness throughout your session and return all props and equipment to their proper place. A cleaning fee may be charged if the studio is left in poor condition.Can I eat or drink in the studio?
Food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed in designated areas only. Please keep them away from equipment and clean up any spills promptly.What are the health and safety protocols I should be aware of?
Familiarise yourself with the location of emergency exits and fire safety procedures. Report any hazards or incidents immediately, and first-aid kits are available upon request.Can I retrieve an item after the 14-day lost property period?
No, after 14 days, unclaimed items are either donated or disposed of.

Our studio is available for hire Tuesday - Saturday, 11am - 5pm.
Full day (6 hours) £300, half day (3 Hours) £150 + VAT.
Photofusion members receive 10% discount on studio hires.
