GALLERY HIRE

• Lighting: Professional Sylvania Stadium Evo track lighting (90+ CRI). Each individual light can be moved to provide the perfect illumination for your work.

• Walls: Main Gallery features permanent white walls (pins/screws only). Gallery 2 uses a dedicated rail-and-cable system.

• Hanging Formula: We recommend a centre-line height of 160cm for a professional gallery finish.

• Access: Ground floor, level access throughout, with wide entrance doors and two wheelchair-accessible toilets.

• PV Included: A midweek Private View (6pm–9pm) is included in all weekly hires.

• Capacity: The gallery facilitates up to 90 people standing and 45 seated. The Studio is available to increase capacity for events, with a max of 120 total.

• Supplies: We provide wine glasses, ice buckets, tables, a fridge, and a kitchen prep area.

• Licensing: If you plan to sell alcohol, a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) must be secured at least 15 working days in advance.

Photofusion is committed to making our gallery accessible to everyone.

• Level Access: Our gallery is located on the ground floor with level, step-free access from Beehive Place.

• Entrance: We have wide, double-door entry points suitable for large power-chairs and mobility aids.

• Facilities: Two gender-neutral, wheelchair-accessible toilets are located on the ground floor.

• Assistance Dogs: Guide dogs and assistance animals are always welcome.

• Visual/Audio: Please contact us in advance if you require specific adjustments for your exhibition, such as large-print labels or audio-description support.

• Secure Your Date: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• Final Balance: Due two calendar months before your hire start date.

• Production Deadline: High-resolution files for printing or mounting must be submitted 30 days prior to install.

• Address: 2 Beehive Place, Brixton, SW9 7QR (2-min walk from Brixton Underground).

• Parking: Metered street parking is available on Pope’s Road and Canterbury Crescent. Unloading space is available directly in front of the entrance.

• Take Down: Shows must be cleared by 1pm on the final Tuesday of your hire.

• Promotion: We can assist with promotion if you provide images, bios, and social links in advance.

• Website Listing: A dedicated page for your exhibition on the Photofusion 'What’s On' section.

• Social Media: Inclusion in our organic social media schedule, reaching our 14k+ followers across Instagram.

• Newsletter: A feature in our monthly e-bulletin sent to over 2,000 subscribers, including curators, collectors, and industry professionals.

• Press Release Distribution: We can provide a list of local press contacts and advice on how to frame your story for London media.
