Our studio is a versatile, climate-controlled space equipped for professional photography and video.
Smart Lighting: Integrated smart lighting system for customizable ambient control.
Continuous Lighting: Maxima LED Furiosa, Maxima LED Rapida, and Maxima LED 3, 2x Godox VL150.
Flash Lighting: 2x Profoto B10x Plus, 2x Bowens XMT500.
Modifiers: 2x Meking 90cm Strip Softboxes, 1x Luminar Softbox, 1x Bowens Softbox, 1x Profoto Softlight Reflector (Beauty Dish).
Backdrops: Colorama rolls in Black, White, and Neutral (others available on request).
Grip & Accessories: Calumet Light Boom, C-Stands, sandbags, foam boards, and wireless triggers (Profoto/Bowens).
Amenities: Clothes rail, steamer, iron/board, fan, and posing stools.

The studio is generally available for hire Tuesday – Saturday, 11am – 5pm. If you require access outside of these hours, please contact us directly before booking.
We require full payment to secure your studio dates. All prices are subject to VAT.
Payment Method: Payments are taken via online invoice. Once your booking request is reviewed, you will receive an invoice via email.
Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once the online invoice is paid in full.
Refundable Damage Deposit: A £150 damage deposit is required for all bookings. This is processed on the day of your session and fully refunded within 3–5 business days, provided the studio and equipment are returned in their original condition.
Payment Deadline: Full hire fees must be received at least 7 days before your session.
Overtime: Any time used outside of your booked slot is charged at £50 +VAT per hour.

More than 7 days notice: Your hire fee can be fully refunded or transferred to a new date.
Less than 7 days notice: 25% of the hire fee is non-refundable.
Less than 48 hours notice: The full hire fee is non-refundable.

Located in central Brixton, just 2 minutes from the Underground.
Arrival: If you are bringing a significant amount of personal equipment, please arrive 15 minutes early to coordinate unloading. Otherwise, access begins at your scheduled start time.
Session Time: Your rental period includes your own setup and pack-down. Please ensure the studio is vacated by the end of your slot.
Loading: Unloading/pick-up is available directly in front of our entrance on Beehive Place.
Parking: No private parking. Metered street parking is available on Pope's Road and Canterbury Crescent.
Accessibility: Ground floor with level access, wide entrance doors, and wheelchair-accessible toilets.

To keep the space professional and safe for everyone, we ask the following:
No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.
Pets & Children: Children must be supervised at all times. Pets are permitted only by prior arrangement.
Food & Drink: Allowed in designated areas only; please keep away from equipment and clean up spills promptly.
Cleanliness: Return the studio to its original state within your booked time. A cleaning fee applies if the space is left in poor condition.
Liability: Clients are held liable for any damage to equipment or the studio caused by misuse or negligence.
Assistance: Staff provide basic equipment handovers. For dedicated help, please inquire about hiring a Lighting Assistant 48 hours in advance.
Lost Property: Items are held for 14 days before being donated or disposed of.
Community Impact: Renting our studio directly supports Photofusion's outreach programs, contributing to positive community change.

What if I never received a confirmation email?
If you haven't received a confirmation email after paying your deposit, please contact us immediately to confirm your booking status.
When will I get my damage deposit back?
If the studio and its contents are returned in the same condition, your deposit will be fully refunded within 3–5 business days after your booking.What if I’m running late?
Your session still ends at the scheduled time, regardless of your arrival. Please arrive early to ensure you get your full session.Will staff be available to assist with setup?
Staff may be available to help with basic setup, but it’s important to communicate specific needs in advance. Clients are expected to pack down and clean up within their booking time.What if I forget to bring something essential?
We recommend reviewing the equipment list and confirming your setup needs with us beforehand to avoid issues on the day. Limited on-site equipment may be available, but it's not guaranteed.Am I responsible for equipment or studio damage during my session?
Yes, clients are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. Costs may be deducted from your damage deposit or billed separately if they exceed the deposit.Do I need to clean the studio before I leave?
Yes, please maintain cleanliness throughout your session and return all props and equipment to their proper place. A cleaning fee may be charged if the studio is left in poor condition.Can I eat or drink in the studio?
Food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed in designated areas only. Please keep them away from equipment and clean up any spills promptly.What are the health and safety protocols I should be aware of?
Familiarise yourself with the location of emergency exits and fire safety procedures. Report any hazards or incidents immediately, and first-aid kits are available upon request.Can I retrieve an item after the 14-day lost property period?
No, after 14 days, unclaimed items are either donated or disposed of.
