Kirlian Photography

A specialised experimental technique used to capture electrical corona discharges around an object. The subject is placed directly onto photographic paper resting on a conductive metal plate, before a high-voltage current is applied to produce a striking, luminous aura. Photofusion occasionally offers masterclasses and creative workshops introducing members to this high-voltage method.
