Photofusion’s programme for launching the careers of emerging image-makers

The Creator's Studio is all providing a space for Young Photographers who creative barriers to access in the Creative Industries to upskill and kick start entrepreneurial careers within the Creative Industries.

Upskill

Creators' Studio supports young people aged 18–25 from under-represented and low-income communities across Lon to build the skills to create professional images.  Supporting approximately 18–20 young people each year, the programme provides a space, facilities and importantly, access to professional kit where emerging creatives can learn from a community of industry professionals and peers.

Through weekly mentoring sessions, participants gain practical experience and build portfolios that prepare them for entry into our kickstart programme where they establish industry connections and produce content for real clients.

Kickstart

By partnering with start ups, local business and brands, our kickstart programme, supports new talent in Photography, Videography and Content find their way into their first commissions.

We want young creatives to not only see the work platformed, provide them with career building opportunities that give them a clear and real world understanding of creative business : rates, usage rights, licensing, what to charge a startup vs. a global brand, when to invoice and what to do when they don't pay.

The Creators’ Studio is a fully funded professional development programme for South London’s young photographers.

We provide the technical tools, industry networks, and creative mentorship needed to bridge the gap between passion and a professional career.

Whether you are building your first portfolio or looking to upgrade your industry hustle, we provide the space and expertise to help you succeed.

Free photographic training, mentoring and peer support programme for 16-25 year olds in South London.

The Creators’ Studio runs year round.
