Giclée

G

A term derived from the French word gicler (meaning "to spray"), originally coined in the 1990s to describe high-quality digital fine art prints made on inkjet printers. Today, it is largely used interchangeably with archival pigment printing or archival inkjet printing to denote exhibition-quality reproductions.
